If your having trouble figuring out exactly what mindfulness meditation is, this video helps.

When I first started meditating, the majority of my time was spent trying to make my brain stop talking. Now I use a different approach; observing my thoughts and letting them go… and not getting mad at myself for not being able to completely stop thoughts from entering my mind.
