I’m a middle-aged Bohemian chick practicing The Eight Fold Path, not to reach enlightenment but to be a better human. Some days I do better than others. I don’t follow any particular Buddhist sect, there are many teachings I learn from, including spirituality.
I have been practicing Buddhism for seven years and living the Bohemian lifestyle for as long as I can remember. I was never one to follow the crowd. My motto is: Rules were made to be broken.”
I’m vegan and my interests include Ayurveda and yoga. Hubby and I have a small dog and cat sanctuary, and I’m a cancer survivor. I’ll be writing about all those parts of my life as well.
Namaste!

Hi Ingebird,
My name is Mark.
I noticed that you tweeted one of my favorite articles “5 Ways Positive Thinking Can Transform Your Health” at Huffington Post.
That is such a great post. And it’s a great blog.
I was hearing from my readers that they wanted something more in depth about the topic so I went ahead and created this post: http://wp.me/p6bNAS-K
It discusses how to get positive thinking to work (it’s actually based on a treatment for phobia!)
If you have time I’d love for you to check it out, and if you like it, it would be awesome if you could share it or maybe leave a comment.
Thanks!
